Achieving two records in sugar production for the first time in Hakim Farabi Agro-industry Co. / Development of new products is one of the goals of Farabi sugarcane agro-industry/ The variety of sugar produced will reach 12 products
According to the P.R. office of the Sugarcane Development & By-Products Company, Alireza Dorbashizadeh stated the following: Through the efforts of the production field, the average daily sugar production in this Agro-industry has reached 650 tons per day.
He added: “Last year, the daily production capacity of sugar was 580 tons per day, which with the determination and efforts of all employees, this amount has reached 650 tons per day, and for the first time, two records were established in sugar production and 8,600 bags of sugar in One shift and 861 tons of sugar were produced during a day while maintaining quality and quality parameters, which is one and a half times the nominal capacity of the company.
Industrial assistant director of Hakim Farabi Agro-industry Co., continued: “To this date, in a period of 105 working days, 61,300 tons of sugar in the sugar refining unit of Hakim Farabi Agro-Industry has been bleached.”
In another part of his speech, referring to the new products of Farabi Sugar factory, Dorbashizadeh said: “Apart from producing sugar in Hakim Farabi agro-industry, eight new products will also be produced in Farabi Sugar factory.”
By specifying that the capacity of Farabi Sugar factory is 100 tons per year, he mentioned: In this unit, products including liquid sugar, pencil sachet, square sachet, flavored sugar in four different flavors, medicinal sugar, food grade powdered sugar, pharmaceutical grade powdered sugar and fine sugar are produced.
Industrial assistant director of Hakim Farabi Agro-industry Co., added: “The necessary licenses for the production of food grade powdered sugar have been obtained, and the license for the production of pharmaceutical grade powdered sugar will also be obtained soon.”
He mentioned maintaining the quality of products, meeting the different needs of customers, reducing production and packaging costs, and development of new products as the goals of Farabi Sugar factory and specified: By the end of this year, the variety of sugars produced by this company will reach 12 products.
