The installation of the seventh 100-ton adhesive tank of Loh Sabz Jonoob Company has been completed.
According to the PR report, announcing this news, the CEO of Lohe Sabz Jonoob Co. said: ” With the increase of these tanks, the UFC adhesive storage of this factory will increase from eight days to 10 days, and part of the worries for unforeseen winters and holidays and Nowruz holidays will be removed.”
Parviz Noor Mohammadi, referring to the removal of production restrictions by installing this 100-ton tank, said that simultaneously with the winter and the shortage of methane as the raw material for petrochemical industry methanol production, the production plant of this type of adhesive were closed. Lohe Sabz Jonoob Co. prevents production from stopping, and with these measures, there is no need to worry about the restrictions on the transportation of raw materials during the Eid holidays.
According to him, these measures have been taken by the Petrochemical industry to increase production in the year of production support, to prevent the increase of UFC, UF and MF adhesives prices, as well as to prevent the cessation of production during winters and long holidays during Eid.
The CEO of Lohe Sabz Jonoob Co. added: “According to the modifications made in the adhesive factory, the Production capacity in the first phase increased from 80 tons to 120 tons and in the second phase of development with the modifications made to produce adhesives from formalin instead of UFC, the capacity of the adhesive plant reached 160 tons per day.
Referring to the necessity of installing raw material storage tanks, Noor Mohammadi emphasized that with the increase of MDF production capacity compared to last year, it is necessary to increase the storage volume of raw materials, and in addition to installing 100-ton adhesive storage tanks, installation and commissioning another reservoir is underway this year.
Lohe Sabz Jonoob Company is one of the subsidiaries of Sugarcane & By-Products Development Co., which is located in Shoaibiyeh region in Imam Khomeini sugarcane Agro-Industry.
This company is the first MDF producer from Sugarcane bagasse with a capacity of 132,000 cubic meters per year, which has been able to play an important role in protecting the environment along with creating jobs.
Increasing the capacity of the MDF veneer line to 2,000 boards per day and installing a paraffin injection system are other achievements of this company in the last one year.
With the changes and plans implemented, the production capacity of the factory has increased from 46% to 80%, and according to the company officials, the nominal capacity of the factory will be realized in the new year of operation.
