With the participation of the Medical Society Basij of Khuzestan and Sugarcane & By-Products Development Company, medical specialists and subspecialists teams are sent to treat patients in deprived and underprivileged areas of Shoaybiyeh – Shushtar, free of charge.

According to the PR report of Sugarcane & By-Products Development Company, medical monitoring and free treatment of patients in need in deprived regions is part of the activity of the Sugarcane industry in line with social responsibilities, which is continuously taking place in the surrounding areas of Sugarcane projects.

Previously, in the Shoaybiyeh region, with the cooperation of Medical Society Basij and the University of Medical Sciences, on several occasions patients in need were examined and treated for free in Imam Khomeini Agro-industry.

Supporting Jihadist doctors and helping to treat patients in need at “Koyeh Alavi” region of Ahvaz are other actions of Sugarcane Development Co. in the past months, which provided more than 700 specialized optic services, 1,000 dental examinations, including nerve extraction and restoration.

Continuance of service delivery in deprived regions adjacent to Sugarcane

In this context, the CEO of Sugarcane & By-Products Development Co. considers serving the people of deprived areas as a priority of this company and emphasizes on the continuation of providing services in these areas in various fields.
