MDF paper impregnation production line was launched in Khuzesdtan

Abd Ali Naseri, at the launching ceremony of the paper impregnation production line of the MDF factory of Lohe Sabz Jonoob Co., stated: In order to complete the cycle of by-products of the great sugarcane industry, Lohe Sabz MDF paper impregnation line has been set up using machines and technology with a daily production capacity of 12,000 sheets, which is twice the production capacity of the company.
Referring to the effects of launching this line, he added: “This production line will have numerous economic effects on the downstream cycle of sugarcane development, and in addition to employing 25 people directly and more than 10 people indirectly, has the 33% added value of MDF production from bagasse.
The CEO of Sugarcane Development & By-Products Co. expressed: Protection of national resources, economic development, job creation and prevention of currency outflow are among the goals of the Sugarcane Development & By-Products Co. in completing the sugarcane by-products chain.
Stating that the MDF production industry from sugarcane bagasse has an important role and impact in self-sufficiency and preventing the outflow of currency, he mentioned: In addition to preventing the outflow of foreign exchange, the production of MDF from sugarcane bagasse helps to preserve and protect forests. Preventing pollution and environmental damage caused by bagasse decomposition , creating direct and indirect employment, positive economic and social effects in the region and creating added value in the process of MDF production from bagasse raw material, are other benefits of MDF production from sugarcane bagasse.
The CEO of Sugarcane Development & By-Products Co., referring to the re-harvesting of sugarcane in the seven agro-industries after rain and reduction of moisture in sugarcane fields, disclosed: ” Since the beginning of the sugarcane harvest, more than 200,000 tons of sugar have been produced in the sugar factories of the Sugarcane Development Company.
Naseri added: “With the decrease in the humidity of sugarcane fields, cane harvesting operations have started in the seven sugarcane development industries and for the first time in the history of sugarcane development, a daily harvest record of more than 8,000 tons of sugarcane was recorded in the agro-industries.”
He proclaimed: “The overhaul of sugar factories this summer, the proper growth of sugarcane and the efforts of all employees, promises a fruitful crop year for the Sugarcane Development & By-Products Co. and is expected to be completed by mid-April next year and more than 600,000 Tons of sugar to be produced, which compared to the production of the last two years, is about twice as much. “
