The CEO of Sugarcane & By-Products Development Company announced the production of more than 480,000 tons of sugar in Khuzestan Sugarcane Agro-Industries this year, despite severe drought and a decrease in the quantity and quality of water.
According to the PR report of Sugarcane & By-Products Development Company, Dr. Abd Ali Naseri today, Thursday (March 17), in a meeting with the managers of Sugarcane & By-Products industries and members of the company’s board of directors, on the occasion of mid-Sha’ban and the arrival of the spring of 1401, said that the year 1400 was a good year in terms of production, in a way that this amount of production was justifiable.
Dr. Naseri announced the end of harvesting in all Sugarcane Units except Imam Khomeini Agro-Industry and Haft Tappeh Company and predicted that the harvesting operation in Imam Company will be completed before the end of this year and the harvesting operation in Haft Tappeh Company will be completed by the end of April next year.
He went on to announce the successful holding of the Sugarcane Development Forum and shareholder satisfaction, saying that despite these difficult conditions, we were able to make a profit equal to four times last year’s profit.
Naseri considered actively attending to personnel and manpower as the Sugarcane Group priority of 1401 and said: The implementation of job rankings, a 37% increase in salaries in accordance with the Labor Law, and the equalization of wages and salaries at all levels and categories will take place at the same time as the New Year.
Hujjat al-Islam Jalil Alinejad, Chairman of the Policy Council of Khuzestan Friday Imams and Advisor to the CEO of Sugarcane, also congratulated Eid of Mid-Sha’ban and the birthday of the commanders of Karbala on the occasion of Mid-Sha’ban Eid.
Hujjat al-Islam Alinejad praised the efforts and perseverance of the Sugarcane managers and considered the satisfaction of the staff as the result of this jihadist management and expressed hope for the new year and said: The Iranian nation has been and still is proud in the divine and worldly exams, and we hope that the new year will be a year of greater prosperity and growth for the country.
He emphasized the need to resolve the problems of employees and be fair in dealing with them in following the manners of the Imams and said: “We continue the path of the martyrs and every effort you make in the way of God; will be contemplated by God.”
Referring to the consideration of Dr. Naseri, CEO of Sugarcane Development, for cultural and community-building issues, he said to the present managers: “You are subjected to the prayers of employees and workers, which should an honor.”
