The sweet song of spring has just been blown in the heart of nature, but from the very beginning, Sugarcane has greeted the slogan of the year and, in the eyes of spring, has brought the gift of “Employment” and “Knowledge-based production” to Iran’s land of sugar and sweetened its palate.

If sugarcane “Vinasse” was a cumbersome and smelly waste before, but now, in the company of expertise and knowledge, the soil of its existence has turned to gold, and in the eyes of Sugarcane experts, it has become a valuable substance that creates both employment and environmental protection, and flourishes again.

“Vinasse” is the result of the process of producing medical alcohol from sugarcane molasses, and now, with the completion of the largest industrial effluent concentrate in Razi, an important step has been taken in the realization of the green industry.

Vinasse is a juicy left-over, and like us humans, two-thirds of its existence is dehydrated, which in the process of condensation, this water is recycled and dumped at the foot of flowers and trees.

This Sugarcane waste is also rich in nutrients such as phosphates and nitrates, and the product from the Vinasse concentrate is used to enrich fertilizers and animal feed, which is great for growing plants and feeding livestock.
